This is a few months old >.> and its just an idea, the guy wanted to show them what he would do to ask if he could make it.

And sadly, it can not be called the 3rd movie, No connection to the other 2 movies since most of those "villians" were killed in the first 2, Scorpion was killed in the first and was a demon, MOST of those villians were demons not just mentally insane criminals.
