Reason banned: No Idea? I haven't been on since June. Last time i left i was kicked without explanation while in an FFA so i would also like to report the responsible admin as my prior issues that night were very minor and resolved at the time (Repeating the words to a song considered a cultural classic in my country called "The White Man Marches On" by Johhny rebel along with a minor incident of laming). I left on good terms (to the best of my knowledge) only being kicked by an admin who discriminated against me for my alliance to the Ku Klux Klan of America and the Confedaracy of the United States of America.

I would like to be unbanned as you're rules prevent bans that are a result of:

* My cultural or religious beliefs
* My IRL alllegiances

I realize us KKK members and Aryan's are a dying breed but we still are a minority that deserves equal rights and the protection of what we believe in and we do not deserve to be discriminated against.

Any bans you think you are experiencing from now on are purely figments of your overly de-arranged imagination.

The "hax" you refer to was caused by my connection which at the time would randomely drop out for a few seconds every few minutes. It turns out if you loose connection in a certain way that makes JKA display a packet error in white text you're character automatically stands up. I don't know how it works. I wasn't doing it on purpose though (it acutally only causes an animation reset, your character is still paralysed.). I won't argue the rest except for the sexist bit since I actually try to show a bit more respect for women. Btw....

You're aware KelAry is one of Geptun/Hara's alt names right?... Are you sure you didn't accidentally let him into your ranks? He hates me and will say just about anything to get me banned (I have multiple, good, reputable, sources that will verify he has even gone to the length of impersonating me on JAWA, running around using my name over a VPN to recruit for ISIS which got me a ban from JAWA forums.)

Also, I'm pretty sure you edited one small none-story-changing detail of the logs. I'm pretty sure i refered to you as Assfin not Jawtard. Also I purposely elaborated on the methods by which i run your ban filter to see if you could offer challenge. Funny enough judging by the lack of logs from it you don't seem to have identified my Alt which doesn't surpirse me since i act nice and don't troll under that name.

I'd also like to note you really did fall for my IP swap with the unban. As far as trolls go I'd say I'm currently between King troll and God Troll levels.

And my pro white songs are no different from pro black and black lives matter songs in that there both racist towards one another.

With respect to addressing your complaint, I think it's prudent to inform you that this simply isn't true.

Our rules do not acknowledge your right to express whatever you want, and we do in fact make very clear in the rules section of our forums that both inflamatory and provocative language is subject to punishment.

No one on our server is permitted to spread hatred among our guests, no matter what their allegiances or religous/cultural origins may be.

I am actually suprised these logs show this much of your inappropriate language, as I would expect any admin to have taken action before allowing you to break our rules further.

The reference to KelAry is due to you using the name <P>KelAryP8triot which was on IP 50.44.241.57 used on 5th of August, 2015. You have used many names, it is merely the handle used by the person who banned you at that time (which you assumed to be me - you may wish to read that post again).

There was no editing of the logs, you used both references. Your skill in deriving insults from the names people trying to help you is something even your mom could be proud of.

Why should i be banned here? I'm being perfectly civil. I hold no malice towards KR as a whole and I don't hate Jawfin or Falcon just because there in KR. We've been going at it for years now lol I just consider it a sort of mini-game. You'll all be very relieved to hear that i barely play Jedi Knight Academy anymore.

I appreciate the game within the game. But I also really do care about our members and visitors, and as interesting as the game of chess we play is, I have no desire to see anyone feel uncomfortable for it. I had the same "arrangement" with Gephun. In fact, we had the in-joke that while he used the name Gruntilda I would pretend it's not Gephun to allow him on server even while banned. Just like you I would pm him to pull his head in or I'll have to act. But, I will not tolerate any pain which could be felt by anyone else, and due to the level of complaint raised against you I just have to say "game over". But, again, if you are on server with another identity that's well behaved, then keep it so and it will be welcome.

If I may comment on this one, KyleKatarn, you know why you was banned but that is arbiters/councils call. You broke lot of the rules we dealt with you, not just me, but others admins have took care of you. You has failed to demonstrate that you will respect and follow the rules, I has seen you lamed, verbally swearing, and you haven't show a values that you will changes for the better.

Let just point that you did not Improve that. You are not a worth, but a worthless for us to deals with it. I will appreciate if you stopped keeping doing unexcused of rulebreaking on our server.
