I kid you not, everyone, this was my conversation with a lovely young lady while waiting in line.

ME: I don't like sand. It's rough, course, and irritating. I mean, it gets everywhere.
GIRL:What?
ME: We are destined to be together, my sweet vision of perfection, of true beauty.
GIRL:Jonathon already tried that. Just because you are a Star wars fan does not mean you can be my boyfriend.
ME:Oh, my dear, you are in my heart and soul. I can't breathe when I look at you. Surely we can be together!
GIRL I don't know what you want, but Ashley probably has it. You can go see her for money.
ME:What is money, but material which only prolongs the suffering of the soul, until it sees a glowing vision of beauty?
GIRL: Look, I'm sure you are a really nice guy, but right now I don't feel like it right now.
ME: Feel like what, my destiny, my crushing weight, my angel in human form?
GIRL: Like having se*.

I had to excuse myself to go to the bathroom and see the Force Awakens once a few minutes were over.
She never saw me again :S
In other words, a joke totally backfired straight into my face.
