I remember, when I was assisting on a secret project that I had to sign an agreement that stated that I cannot use their work, blabla, everything I make belongs to XYZ.

I need a template of such an agreement, and I have failed to find anything with the use of google.

I need a template for an agreement that I will make everyone wanting to help me work on a secret project I am working on, since I want to safeguard myself by "owning everything and anything they contribute to the project".


An agreement that shortly put does this;
- Ensures that I (my name, or company) owns all work related to this project, so that no one may reproduce or use content that has been developed
- Non disclosure agreement

I'm sorry if this is confusing, I find it hard to explain...
