Considering the lack of the wealth of information it is extremely difficult to diagnose. You say this game did work on this computer, and now it does not; pray tell what happened between the time it was working to when it was not.

Also, are you still running the game as Admin?

yes im using admin and i dont remeber what i was doing

How did that driver go?

Think of the last time you played the game and it worked - then, do a System Restore to that day. This, is it. If this doesn't work I don't have enough to go with here to help you.

the driver ws incompatible and the game just is glitched no ill play on my uncles laptop for awhile till i fix it

The longer you wait, the less chance an older System Restore will work - I am of course assuming that you didn't try it.
