So, my regular high school soccer season just finished, and I'm faced with a dilemma. I have a couple of options here. One, I can do what I've been doing for a while and just take some time off and then play in a recreational league for a while to stay in shape and whatnot. Alternately, I can join a competitive team that plays much stronger opponents and possibly gain more experience.
On both teams I'm pretty much guaranteed to play every game, so that's not really a factor here.
One other thing, there's some off-season clinics that I was planning to attend (which are really good), but I don't know if that will be possible if I play on the competitive team.
So, thoughts on what I should do?
