Most ppl say minecraft is awesome, some ppl say Blockland is awesome, and less ppl say ROBLOX is awesome. What do YOU think?

I have no idea why people think about comparing them, the only thing they have alike is blocks.

ROBLOX = online game where you use creativity to build things and have fun.

Minecraft = online game where you use your backround knowledge of living to your advantage of surviving in the wild.

Blockland = Online lego game where you build anything you want. (Though ROBLOX can do that to )

imo, ROBLOX has been going downhill latly. I have an account there, and latly the new updates are cool, but foolish. one thing that i do like about roblox is that you can build litteraly anything. (i even know people who made Minecraft games ON roblox )

point being, ROBLOX is a building game, Minecraft is a survival game.

I have accumulated so many hours wasted on Blockland....

Anyways, BL is a ton of fun - especially when you're quite the decent builder. It is very flexible when it comes to add-ons and such (so is Minecraft, but honestly BL is just that much better in the add-ons department.) I could easily spend much more time playing BL than Minecraft, just because it's easier to move around and just SO much less time consuming to build something amazing. (Which is kinda contradictory because if you're a good builder it CAN take a lot of time to build something)

Plus I used to write scripts for BL (Torque Engine), which made the game that much more fun to me. The use of "Wrench Events" made the game even MORE fun, because it literally helped you control the environment and nearly every aspect of the game.

Terraria is a great game, my friend bought it for me on Steam. I played it for a really long while until I lost all of my gun ammo in a game-breaking bug. It's fun to play with other people too. What got annoying was how the NPCs would take over the rooms I built, and not use the ones I built FOR them. Which I just learned there's an update that lets you choose. Anyways, it's fun to make castles and stuff, that was the best part.

Minecraft, over all, isn't that bad. It's slightly better than Terraria in some ways, and the opposite not at all. I haven't played it much just because I'm not 100% into it. I'd probably play Terraria over Minecraft.

However, my opinions are all biased because I am a very lazy person. I never really got into mining or anything that well because I hated wasting time collecting all the materials and doing this and that and trying to figure out how to make this... and that. So yeah.

Roblox I will not even talk about because I hate it so much, it's the epitome of 5 year olds' dreams. (No offense to all that play it, I just get really heated when talking about it.)

IMO: Blockland > Terraria > Minecraft > Dog Poop > Roblox



@Manda I'm comparing the fun-value here, not the game-type value.
