Other is something else that doesn't fit in the rest of the Graphics, Modding, and Mapping area of the forums that doesn't already have it's own section.
And as you said, this is spam, which is more Anything Goes worthy, as the title of this section of the forum goes. This is probably why somebody moved it to this section instead of Other.
