You need to hang out on the server regularly and wait until a member invites you to join the clan.

1) Show up to the server regularly.
2) Follow the rules.
3) Be courteous to KR and it's guests (note the guests part )

Follow those three simple rules, and I'm sure someone will notice you and want to invite you
