Yeah, as the title says it... I failed to clear up a fixing ticket on time and failed to appear at a scheduled court appearance which I wasn't even notified about. So yeah, if you don't hear from me for a while its cause I'm in jail. ='(

Moral of the story kids - don't procrastinate, take care of your responsibilities on time. But if you do go down my path and find yourself in jail or worse, prison, pick a fight with the toughest inmate regardless of the outcome. You'll gain respect instead of being labeled as a mark and that my friends is highly important.

Also, never ever drop the soap.

A ticket? Is that a traffic violation?

In Australia you'd have to go "Carmaggedon" before you'd be put in jail for traffic offenses - things must be harsh there!

Behind every mask hides a man, who feels that he's always alone.
He seldom shows alll, the pain that does dull, the joy in this life thats unknown.

Glad things turned out ok for you. Sometimes things in life can sneak up on us all. Never forget to keep moving forward.. and to breath.

I live in California which is notorious for having the strictest automotive laws in the nation and quite possibly the world due to a high percentage of irresponsible and negligent drives out on the road.

My violation was for 3 day old expired registrations and failing to present current prof of insurance(was insured tho). I wasn't aware the penalty was so severe until I went down to the police station to present my documentation and the officer noticed I missed a scheduled court appearance regarding the matter and informed me that he had to verify to make sure the court didn't issue a warrant for my arrest. My heart stopped cause I could have literally been taken into custody at that very moment.
