I don't know for sure where to put this post, but.. D:

Since school started back up, the stress is coming back too. That's why I haven't been on much. :< Grandpa is here every day, regardless of the fact that he has his own home and that he can take care of himself. He's stressing Mom out and I'm trying to help her (the same as last time!).

So now I have a ton of homework every day and Grandpa dragging Mom around. D:

Well, my main point here is... I need stress-relief ideas. Halp?

I find its best to sort out those stresses you can do something about, and those you cannot. Of those you cannot (e.g. being a passenger in an airplane going through turbulence) you have to tell your mind to let it go.

For those you can have an impact on, well people play word games and say "don't view it as a problem, but as a challenge" - meh, its still the same issue. Make a to-do list, prioritize it, set small goals and preset rewards for achieving them. Stop your mind running in circles, cut it short as you have already categorized everything, there's no need to over-think each issue. Focus.

My stress relever is sports, Something about smacking a ball with a bat, racket, etc., helps >.> Also talking to your friends helps. Thats all I got D:

I have one, but its not healthy AT ALL....for a minute let go of every single emotion that u have & look at it from the "not u" perspective. any problem u have laugh at it, anythin u hold dear let it go, & everythin will turn into a dark, cold, & insensitive place. after the min is over then let everythin fall back to where its suppose to..... if u did it right the level of stress will increase so much that when everythin gets back into place ull feel like everythin in the world is there to support u. DONT over do it tho it will only bring harm & depressions if u r not able to put back everythin into place.... u have to have quite an emotional control to keep urself in that kind of stasis. thats why a min, or less if possible, is what i recommend.

i really know what you arre meaning and i really know that it is sucks but tell you what as you said before u better not to give up fight back and do ur best bcs i know that we will meet again =)
as a stress relief ones try to listen relaxing musics for example i mostly listen classical music or other soft musics not to get stressed or try to play ur cat i certainly know that it absorbs ur negative energy

Thanks for the ideas, guys. (Seraphim I don't think I could do your method even if I tried. D: ) I think more than anything what I might need is a break from it, though I'm certain that won't happen anytime soon. xD

hmm i have one or two ro 3 or 4 ideas....one swim...it helps you relax......go into a hot tub and relax......three turn on the radio/boombox and listen to some soft music....4...take walks......thats all i can think of for now

I, myself, when stressed(if it's available) like to go to a large, green area, or climb in a tree, where the the wind blows freely, and just let my mind go blank. Don't think about anything, just be.

Do something that taks your full attention, build a bridge out of toothpics, make a card tower, just dont let your mind think about things other then what your doing. =p

Grab your wooden sword and find a sparring partner? I found Jawfin to be the most helpful.
