Inevitable, one of our newer members, has asked me to distribute this invitation among some selected clans and guess what, you get one too!!!!

CoF would like to invite u to the CoF Open Tournament. This is a toruanment being held by first time host CoF Inevitable. This will be a 24 person single elimination tournament meaning 6 competitiors from each invited clan. because this is 24 people we ask that each clan has volunteers to compete in the preliminary round. This Tournament will be held on August 14th at 4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. These are the rules and procedures that must be read by each competitor.
only full clan members may compete so any initiates or half members or anything else will not be permitted
all rounds will be single elimination (1 loss and ur out) except for , semifinal rounds, and final rounds which will all be best 2 out of 3 duels
i have printed out a bracket already set up for this so all i gotta do is fill in the names for it
the map that this will be played on is the normal Taspir and it will be held in the CoF Private server (IP:208.43.15.59:29070). the password to get in will be given to each of the clan leaders and then will be distributed to the rest
if a certain player does not make it to their duel a repalcement can be made. each replacement can wait in their clans respective server until called upon if their is an absence of a player that player has 15 mins to make it before the replacement is called upon. the replacement will then have 15 mins to show up and if none show up then the player who did show up wins by default there is no limit on how many replacements a clan can have
if a player is eliminated they are not required to stay but they may if they would like to
Combat Rules
if the duel is severed the player with the most remaining health will move on if the duel is purposly severed then the player severing the duel will be disqualified(if there is a dispute that can not be solved then a rematch will occur)
if a player lames at any time during the duel they will be disqualified
if a player closes their saber purposly to delay the duel or try to gain some sort of advantage they will be disqualified
if any player attempt to perform an emote or anything to avoid damage they will be disqualified
each player will be able to use any saber or saber styles that are available to them
Procedure
when you enter the game you will be greeted by a regulator. Theese Regulators will be CoF Inevitable, CoF May and CoF Drifter
you will then be asked to pick a position to stand at and wait for us to begin
before we begin everyone will be silenced so the torunament can begin without any interuptions
after that everyone will be unsilenced, but there will be no public chatting during the duration of this tourney, if there are any questions they can be asked by you typing"?" and then i will answer your questions
all sabers must remain closed for the duration of this tourney and no one should be leaving there set position(so no jumping around and causein rucus)
when it is your time to duel i will call both playes names to step in the middle and initiate the duel
the duel will not begin until I GIVE THE COMMAND TO
when the duel is over both players will return to their respective spots and we will then continue
after the first breaking of the rules you will be given a warning, the next time you will be asked to leave and then a replacement will come in to fill the gap for you
