Hey you all. How is everybody doing? I know I'm something of a ghost these days, but bare with me. To everyone that knows me, hello and sorry I haven't been here. To everyone who doesn't, hello and nice to meet you

I have recently entered a scholarship contest to Musicians Institute of California. Full Tuition payed + $10,000. You don't have to, but it will mean a hell of a lot to me to anyone who has the time to create a fan account and vote for me.

This was my snare solo at Solo/Ensemble Competition yesterday. Won straight superiors in every category (Superior = Highest possible score) with distinction (Distinction = Flawless/Played by memory).

Of course the contest is judging me on playing full set, but I was playing full set before I learned marching snare, and practice it more. So yeah

I won't win. Theirs tons of insane musicians that are getting hyped way more. But it doesn't matter. The more I get, the more the college will notice me. And if I apply for a scholarship there, it will help loads.

That's pretty much what I'm going for.

Nothing against the song, only I heard it enough times already. I wonder though, as a drummer why pick a song where you don't stand out so much (and no video for that matter)?
