The Council has been watching and debating for the past few weeks on which of the eligible Masters should fill the lone empty seat in Arbiters.

We have come to an agreement on one member, but we are very excited about this announcement for it will mean that the first time in a long time the leadership core will be back to full spread

However that excitement didn't detour us from picking a member who we felt put forth the effort to earn this rank and who showed the aspects we look for in a leader.

Therefore we are happy to announce that Necros is KR's New KR Arbiter!
