what do you mean with "advanced" html? xml? html?

how "deep" do want to go with PHP? php for databases or just for a little dynamic content on your application?

I never really use CSS, but it should not be a problem, because its really easy, and human readable like.

Web Design is wich form, usability design or just to create layout and the graphic stuff for you side?

When you just like to create a "little" site try out "Dreamweaver" - it offers everything you asked for, in a very easy to use and speedy to handle kind of creator suite.

Introduction to Advanced Web Tools (dynamic HTML, Active Server Pages, XML and XHTML(dnt ask me what that is i have no idea havnt read teh book))

Getting AStarted with Perl and CGI

and shoudl be avalible in any good book retalier

With any book study the crucial part of learning is having a mock setup whether your working on a live project or copying everything in the text books..

With web building I found there is loads online help and tutorials to help, As I was working on a live project I sought out the answers to the problems I had that way..
