This guy is me when I compliment Battlefront 3 out loud.
bruh, 50 pounds for a multiplayer only game which is not even that good. Plus it's made by EA so noty.
EA doesn't make games, they take them and break it up into little pieces and sell if off as ''DLC'' and I doubt the game weighs that much difi but yeah....

Well, here's why I like 3, and think that through updates and possibly 4 it could, COULD become better if not on equal footing:
First off, the graphics and sound design ARE better, hands down.
Secondly, THIS IS THE FIRST GAME of a reborn franchise. That means that whatever comes in the future will be improved and refined based on feedback.
Thirdly, this is also Dice, the group behind Battlefield. Battlefields 3 and 4 ( and somewhat Hardline ) have a huge portion of it from feedback, therby making my second point reinforced.
Fourth, the Music design is just flawless. I can't tell you how powerful I felt when I became Vader and Imperial March was playing.
Fith, the Heroes and Villains are possibly the best part in the game in my opnion, as the voices, the character design, the fighting, and the lightsaber sound are all done flawlessly. Again, this is Frostbite 3 and Dice we're talking about.
Sixth, we WILL see more content, and the DLC WILL not be all the bad, if not great. Keep in mind, we are not stopping here with content. This is just the beginning.
Seventh, I have to mention this again, the sound and graphics are absolutely flawless. Crap Fallout 4, this game completely shames all the others with it.
Eighth, you all have a pickle with EA, BUT, they DID help with the Battlefield franchise, which is the current competitor with the Call of Duty franchise. They may have a little too much faith in DLC, but by gosh, they know how to do their stuff.
Ninth, EA is also making a Open World game, a game promised to surpass GTA V. This is a HUGE, ENORMOUS, claim. If this is true, than you can promise your butts that EA will make one heck of a game.( which I am crossing my fingers on OPEN GALAXY, not just WORLD. |:D )
Tenth, guys, this is the real deal, now, c'mon, you have to admit, when you got the Vader powerup, and you saw his intro... Him saying '' You will know the power, of the Dark Side! " Raising his fist in the air, Imperial March playing, that saber being ignited, by gosh.. That alone carries Battlefront if nothing else...

For as long as they were working on this game, it really wasn't that impressive. The only positive was the sound design. The game does sound really good. The hero power ups are boring, the points system sucks, leveling up is a pain, no single player campaign, no space battles, boring game types with pointless objectives because most games just turn into free for alls, power ups that keep spawning in the same place so people just camp out. Honestly, the graphics aren't that impressive for a game 10 years newer than battlefront 2.
Then there's all the dlc's you have to buy after already paying retail price for the game.

Sadly, the new Battlefront has taken everything we loved from the old ones and threw it all away. This is forgiveable if we're given something good in return, but we're not. We're given a multiplayer only game that gets boring quick. Graphics and sound don't matter at all if the gameplay sucks.

Graphics are indeed amazing, but even so, they won't help the game at all. Games like that die really fast tbh. I've played the beta and it got boring really quickly.

The game is good, but filled with problems. But its not like the other two battlefront games were any better.

The other two allowed you to play in the Clone Wars era as well as the Empire era.

One of the other two had space battles. How could you not add space battles to a Star Wars game? Wouldn't be surprised if it ended up coming with DLC.
I think it's safe to say the other two are better.

Not all of the DLC will be free and also, I think the game is rather fun, but only in short bursts. The game just lacked the amount of content it needed to make it lasts in its appeal which is not surprising considering it ony had 1 year of development time (NEVER PRE-ORDER). Also I highly recommend checking your emails from your origin, psn, and xbox accounts to see if you have gotten a survey from EA to fill. Link for legitimacy
