I would like to start a discussion around DIzzy D. I find him rude insulting, totally inappropriate(In regards to announcing his family and abuse situation) and is constantly talking in spectator. He spends his entire time not playing and when he does he just jumps in the middle of ffa with the dual twirl. I have many a time tried to a, help him with something b, sympathised with him over something only to have him turn around and spit in my face. He lames if he can get away with it. He is a pest an annoyance and its getting to the point were all I want to do is SIlence him. I know this is unacceptable but he is affecting my time in server and I have simply had enough of him. It seems we all 'accept' his level of wierd ness. Due to the sheer amount of time he spends in game he is not beneficial to KR. Some fellow members feel the same as I do and I know some feel differently so i would like to discuss a possible solution to his behaviour one way or another. I do not know how much longer I can keep my cool with him and are hoping somebody has a method of dealing with him that does not get me in trouble . I have posted this in general discussion not clan only because i would like to hear what visitors to the server also have to say.

I too have suffered identical situations with that blasted person. He does flame and lame, and when I try to be nice and say '' Dizzy, how's your day goin'? '' He will in turn reply with '' ggnored Frog ''
He has caused discourse in me, my friends, and just about everyone else. Some ignore him or just do '' '/.) '' ( which STILL looks like a crushed face between two elevator doors ). I apologize if I come off as rude but his attitude has to be kept in check otherwise he will continue to drive other players away.
He is the one person I have ever disliked more than my most fierce enemy. There has to be a conclusive and raw solution to his inappropriate and chaotic behavior.
Try to be nice, gets smacked in the face.

In the Server Rules is rule 6: -

• (6): Provoking any players on the server is prohibited and will result in an applicable punishment.

Which is like a catch-all rule - the police equivalent of being arrested for "resisting arrest".

Admin is so the server is kept fun and safe - if players are not duly feeling either you can take action. Admin action need not be immediate admin commands, the threat of it should suffice. Again, as you are dealing with a troll-like figure calling him out in public will not help - that will only inflame the issue. You privately, and assuredly, tell him his behavior is upsetting and is not going to be tolerated. You act and react on how he behaves. Remember the goal, keeping the server fun - so if the approach taken starts an argument about who's right and wrong and admin abuse, then you know you've done it wrong!

Dizzy D (with name Don Mega) has been banned on KR for quite a few years. Reference: -

Trust us, we have no problem re-instating his ban if he will not let up from upsetting people - either with his flaming, or crapping on about his crappy life, which we don't want to hear on a game server to have fun - that is anti-fun.

He breaks rule 2 occasionally.
He breaks rule 3 as a career
And he takes rule 6 and throws it farther and faster than your controller when you just got that Jet in Battlefield 4 and someone snipes you out of it with a pocket pistol.

Overall, I agree with the situation and have seen it myself. But, from what I can tell Dizzy is speaking about most of the time, hes an adult. So I agree with Jaw's approach before taking any other action. A simple talk in private should do the trick, if not, the next action is obvious. Hopefully he will understand this is a game for all ages and chillzzzz

I don't think he's and adult. From what I understood he lives with his mom and she tells him what to do. Or maybe there is a way that he's an adult, but a really really weird one.
Since the KR's population's growing, the number of trolls too. So we have to take proper actions now before it's too late (like !!B0SS!!, RIP)

You know I have to say that my relationship with Dizzy D has been quite friendly and I do respect him as an individual on the KR server, as he was one of the first players to have ever been open to me there and continues to do so today. I've never seen him lame, troll or whatever you said in the above section but I have to admit that the spamming of his personal life can become annoying. Personally it never bothered me, maybe once or twice it did, but I never really payed much attention to it.
Nevertheless, if you won't mind I'd like to speak to him one of these days before you do anything, since occasionally in private chat we'd talk about life events that have caused him issues and I'd morally support him. My role here is not to stand between what the KR and admin's wish to do regarding Dizzy, I only would like to try and help him since amongst all of you, i think I am the only he can consider a friend......and perhaps I will be able to improve things, who can tell
If not I will respect your decision and just as Jawfin said before the priority is to RESPECT EACH OTHER&HAVE FUN.

Well, I am sure lot of people doesn't seems very comfortable to him when he spams a chat (not repeating), but lot of talking, and I don't think that is against the rules. Therefore, I did warned him sometimes in the past about his flaming and swearing, he agreed to follow the rules. Other time, he tended to argues with me, then eventually apologized later. He would do that sometime, and I agreed with Yama and what've you guys mentioned, we cannot have anti-fun because they are driven away, and fun have decrease, that is not fun at all entirely. He should respects any visitors that playing on the server. I would love to see anyone who's come on the server to have fun, enjoy, and have a good times, without driving them aways or whatever they caused to upset our visitors.

No doubt. I've seen it myself several times. It's just I've never seen anyone call him out when he gets this way, except for frog. He just makes references to drinking alcohol all the time so I assumed he was an adult. You guys have also received the blunt end of his verbal abuse where as I and a few others have never had it directed at us.

I guess my point is that if he IS an adult then he should posses the very basic notion to respect and most of all understand the rules KR regulates. And like I said in my original post, if he can not... the next corrective action is obvious and permanent. The point of stating this is to encourage admins of our beloved server to do the right thing, regardless of the situation he puts us and himself in. The server is becoming more popular and it's important to keep it safe and fun for people of ALL ages.

I vote not to take action on Dizzy D. As someone who is currently banned by KR, albeit a very courageous and resilient young man, I am in a position to see both sides of the story. Someone weaker than me such as Dizzy who is already depressed may well do something drastic if you deny him the very source he relies upon to share his problems. Perhaps he does not have anyone to discuss these issues with in real life. In any case, the so called rule violations you allege aren't in any sense clear cut violations... I would instead class these as potential penumbral or grey violations of the aforesaid rules, if there even has been any violation to start with. Jumping into an FFA and kata spinning.. Really Yama? No violation there. Talking too much? Perhaps penumbral if you adopt Jawfin's whole anti-fun principle as underpinning the rules. BUT yes.. back to the main point... I am strong and courageous. Not all banned persons are like me. Even I too am crumbling by the day... If you let me on I will befriend Dizzy and take care of him. Thanks!

I've never seen him laming / flaming, he seems ok to me. We have always been friendly with each other and until now I had nothing to worry about him. I also don't find his excessive talking annoying, I just don't pay much attention to it unless he's talking to me. Btw I don't think we should silence him just because he talks about his life all the time. If he lames / flames, we have to stop him when he does, but not when he's not doing anything wrong (i.e. when he's just talking and giving us free kills with that kata spam ).

my approach to dizzy d, is to try to act nice to him, but... one day.. he told me something that shocked me to my core, several other clans I noticed and vallasura or vitius told me something also, I think dizzy d is a some kind of troll spy network and valla, told me there was gonna be a uprising, which is why I stayed so long, so I went on journey to other servers to play on them to see if anyone shows up and they did show up, and those other clans are not what you think they are they are hackers most of them, the dude parceeded to look in my personal stuff, so I logged off, I personaly think theres a underworld of sorten people who watches who, several years ago I found clans we're connected to one another, I got bant 7 times that day, , but.. lucky I moved to BC and got a new modem , but... I think there is something coming I just don't know when though, that's my take

However, only of late I have read about Dizzy using other names to hide his identity and cause some mishchief, for e.g. ''Sifodias Dont Lame'', and despite the gamer tag, he lamed (I remember that because I witnessed it myself).
If this were to be true then I also may theorise that Dizzy was also the guy who was laming and flaming on Sunday, using several names like: Rhyme, DontLame or simply Padawan. Or if anyone here was present when 5 people naming themselves Dizzy Mom, Dizzy Dad, Dizzy uncle, ecc, began to break the rules as if they were paper-mache. To warn him and deal with him if this theory should be true, then you have my green light, but if not then let's hope that he will continue to behave properly as he has been doing of late.

I've personally only saw him laming only once, and sometimes I can see how his chats can be viewed as either inappropriate or disrupting to the server, however towards me he displays a positive position on our server, so I can't say much about his bad actions besides the one lame I saw.
