So im helping a visitor on our server that goes by the nick Danny
He has a problem with his game that disconects him about every 4 min so i told him i would seek help for him and asked him to give me exactly what the error message said
"Danny: it says ERROR disconected from server glgeterror() = )x500
loading dll file UI"

ive never seen that kind of error message before so i hope any of you guys can help

EDIT

Also says something like
"Warning you are missing some files referenced by the server:Japlus/japlus (local files exist with wrong checksum)"

I don't know what that error means, but reinstalling the game might fix it
