And the privilege to restore your KR tags depends on a Council vote, so we'll get back to you on that - as soon as we've finished playing hide-and-seek in the big bouncing castle full of bouncing balls we call the Council Chambers. You do have to be playing on server though! (Would be rather pointless otherwise anyway.)

For downloads you'll just have to Google around for what you want. If you are looking for something specific post back here and I'm sure someone will have a source for it.
