as you all may know i work as a temp at a box factory for about a year now.
recently got a knee injury and went back to work 12 days afterwards.
today i was called to a meeting at 2 pm when i should start working.
the meeting was a job offer to me on 2nd shift and a temp from 1st shift.
the position is ink management other words we will be making ink for all the machines at deline box.
the pay is better they will start us at $13 an hour but we will still be on 90 days of a probation period but wait it gets better after the 90 days we may get another raise.
i will be hired on next monday and i will be working 8 am to 4 pm when i normally work 2 pm to 10 pm. that will go on for a few weeks till we have learned a lot of the art of ink production.
now for the bad news i will not be able to go to texas in july to see my family (mom, sister, half-sister/ her 3 kids 2 that i have not seen in 2 years and 1 that was born a few months ago)
