anyway we can have a custom map nite once a month?
what are your thots? perharps everyone list one map they want in the cycle for that specified day that way we all know ahead of time which ones to go grab? ill leave the details to more important people. lol

Interesting..... But I DO think it would kind of hinder guests on the server...

There is a reason we dont have custom maps on the rotation because newcomers would have to go to the website (wich they wouldnt know) and download it put it in base and restart the game or turn autodownload on and sit there waiting for the map to download from the server (wich i belive would slow the server down a bit) all that to join a server for the first time and know now what to expect there meaning they dont know if we are awesome (wich we are :P) or if we are no rule server (wich we are not)

but once every month im not sure if its worth it that much

We have an event once a month called clan night, where we play various games on different or custom maps. As Clank said, we don't include custom maps on the regular rotation because it would prohibit new players from coming on to the server.

Not a bad suggestion for a clan night. Always did enjoy the Christmas maps.

Something similar could be used on KR2, for a clan-only event such as custom server night, but not on the public server. That won't work.

i agree with the guys that think it isnt good. the only reason why is because they are correct there was a sith castle map that i didnt have so i had to go to JK3 files to get the correct version and put it in. custom maps were later taken away from the public. the idea doesnt exist because it consists of something that was removed.
