I have a big problem. I have been 'lurking about' on the internet, until suddenly, the AVG antivirus suddenly says: "Woah dude, you got a trojan" Not really but it tells me I have a trojan virus, so I press the button for me to remove it, 30 seconds later, I get a pop up message from Adobe Flash wanted to upgrade, I decline, suddenly an error message comes up (Something about cmd.exe) and it shut down my computer. When I turned it back on, the sound on it was broken. I always use UU as a way of playing music but when I tried this time, not a single tiny piece of sound coming out. My computer says that everything is fine, and that nothing is broken even when I run the troubleshooting. I even downloaded Microsoft's "fix it" tool. Nothing worked. Then I thought maybe it was just UU, nope. I played my fancy little Yu-gi-oh game and the sound didn't work. Played other games, didn't work. Went on youtube, didn't work. Yet my computer still says that the sound is fixed and nothing is wrong with them. Here is a screenshot showing that my volume is not down, and how the green bar thingy is showing that there is sound:

I did try the Microsoft sites, but what use are tips following: "Make sure you have your volume up" or "Make sure that a sound driver is installed". I was thinking about E-mailing Microsoft, but that is like talking to Helen Keller. Also, after this incident, my internet has been running alot slower.
