Happy Thanksgiving!

I don't know if it's the same everywhere in the world, but this weekend is Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada, so I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend :)

I suppose I should say something I'm thankful for... Well, I'm thankful for a lot of things. I'm thankful for you guys, this clan, but I think I'd like to dedicate my thankfulness to someone in particular...

Key! Yup, that's right, I dedicate my thankfulness to Key. He's a truly wonderful, one-of-a-kind guy, and I couldn't have a better friend :) I'm lucky to have had him for a master.

Anywho, thanks guys, and I'll be gone until Tuesday-ish so if you don't hear from me this weekend, you should hear the sound of me stuffing my face with turkey...

:D

I learnt everything I needed to know about Thanksgiving from the film "Addams Family Values". You may also wonder on what day we celebrate the 4th of July too, perhaps a little something search on what these events are and all will be revealed.

It was more of astonishment that Canada had a different date for it, I'm aware of other countries around the world having different dates for any holidays that they may have similar to ours, I just assumed since Canada was still part of North America, that it'd share the same dates for holidays. (i.e Thanksgiving) :P

Some people unofficially have Christmas in July. Then again at December 24th...I mean, come on :o thanksgiving didn't happen yet (unless you are Canadian, and get so drunk you can't read the calendar properly [jk]), nor has it been Halloween yet! I am already seeing ads on tv about all the presents and all the savings, with all that noise, and all that noise, with that joy, and all that noise. They couldn't live without packages, boxes, or bags. This year though I will make sure the world stays depressed on Christmas. The world has my promise.

Enough of the speech, happy thanksgiving.
