I'm just saying this here in case the point is missed that we don't promote our padawan to Adept just because the time limit is hit. Our student must display to us they are "adept" - in that we feel they are skilled enough to be ready for the Knight's trial. we can do our own little adept trial ourselves to ensure this. Because, once our padawan is considered adept, you cannot take that back, neither can you prevent them from taking the Knight's trial when it's due - that's what adept means! in Skull's case though, he is adept!!! I just didn't want people misunderstanding this process, in the past masters have promoted their padawan when on later reflection they realise that they acted prematurely.

Skull was already ready before we went on absent in my opinion XD if my memory serves me well. My UU tells me I still need revenge XD
