Official details for planned Aug 10th Event

Here are more details to the event of the previous thread. All I need a is a base contact I can put incase I need to change anything

Event Name: Capture the flag
Which Server: JAWA
Host Name: STARKILLER
Support Hosts: Lacey or Pearl
Date of Event:10th August 2013
Time of Event: 6pm GMT, 1pm EST, 12pm CST
Gametype: Capture the flag
Amount of Members Requested (From Ally): As many as can show
Designated Map: Base
Specific Location on Map?: N/a
Rules:
All JAWA server rules (http://www.thejawaclan.com/wiki/index.php?title=Rules)
When rules are being explained, NO TALKING
Do not start fighting until I say to
All players to line up at the start of each round
The goal is to capture the other teams flag
Friendly fire off
Force powers on
Merc on
Sabers allowed
No Grappling
No kick flipping(normal flipkicks are allowed but gripping then flipkicking to death are not)
Flag limit set to 5 per round
Additional Information: Mixed teams each round
When the map is changed all players are to gather in the main area and line up.
Then, the organizer will pick 2 team captains, who will pick colours, red or blue.
After that, captains will pick members for their team from the lined up players.
People who are called out to join a team should stand behind their captain.
When all players are chosen, the map will restart. As soon as the map restarts, pick the team you are picked in , red or blue.
Most importantly, be patient and everything will run smoothly and quicker. Enjoy your allies company!
