Just wondering if anyone else in KR plays Guild Wars 2? If so, what server are you on?

I've been wanting to get back into GW2 for some time now (I haven't played for a while), but would like to play on a server where I have people I know, instead of playing fully by myself.

Should you get this? Yes. Very much yes. I know that Fal plays it regularly-ish, more than I do. However, the more people who play, the more I'll be compelled to join in to help alleviate the grinding process

I'm definitely going to start over on Jade Quarry. Just trying to decide on what class I want to play.

Back when I first started playing, I was an elementalist and got her to around 30. Only played for the first month or so of the game's release. It was kind of a place holder until the WoW expansion at the time was suppose to be released. lol

Been debating on what I want to play as. I'm used to the healer/support role mostly but also used to play with melee dps as a feral kitty in WoW.

Well, whatever you choose, just make sure to tell us who you are on the server so we can all go questing together :> Seriously, I'm happy some more people are picking this game up. I've been really itching to play an MMO again but it's only really fun to me when you've got a lot of people to play with, especially when they're such good friends like you guys. So yea, GW2 :>

Yea you can. I've played with some EU friends in the past.

You just have to be on the same server. There should be no restrictions on which server you can select. But if you already have some characters on one server, it costs gems or money to transfer to another. If you have no characters created, you can select any server to play on.

Oh, well I fell out of that game after my friends, now former, basically shunned me out of it so

Edit: Also, maybe it's just from WoW being my first MMO but I prefer the fantasy over Sci-Fi setting either way. Blasphemy, I know.

I try to quit WoW all the time. But its just like a black hole.. Keeps sucking me back in. GW2 is pretty fun, its different for sure. Btw, when I was starting. I clicked the wrong world and didnt check. Now I am on some other world.. alone...in tears.

I believe you do get one free transfer to another server. I forget how, but I remember that it is on the character select screen. I believe if you just go the server select you can transfer one of your characters over, once again for free, but only once. So choose right this time, otherwise you're out 30 bucks
