Tbd file

hey ive been wondering how to open a rare file type. TBD files. no i dont mean PDB. .TBD files. if there is a certain way to open these then please show me. its in a world war II game i have downloaded, i first played it in 2009 so it might be a old type. it looks alot like alot of files are packed to make something. like pk3, pak, and zip files. the tbd files i have in the game files are under .Tbd. The folder they are in is called Tbd wich is the folder that stores them. for an example of tbd files, i have things in that folder for the game like, sound.tbd, menu.tbd, sfxresources.tbd and stuff like that. so basicly im trying to find a way to open these. i tried searching on google and it said PDB in stead. so if you can help me open these, please tell me

theres files in there that im kind of interested in, im one of those people who like alot of sounds hehehe. so im wondering whats in there. so again, im a person who will like alot of sounds and get obsessed, so here i am digging around for a solution to get in there lol. its a pretty dumb reason, just the kind of person i am

ive heard this so called Turbo Lister from eBay could open this. f this works or a solution is found, i wont respond to all of the posts here

Simply search for a program that uses that file for the game its from. For example, I have this one game that I wanted sound files from, but in order to open it I needed a program named SLADE. Basically, I'm saying search for programs for the game, most likely programs for hacking/editing. That or search for a program that unpacks files from that file.

well, this game really doenst have any hacks for it other than this secret cheat that basicly gives you 3 things that are unbeatable like chuck norris lol.
i'll have to check sometime but i really doubt it. not that many play this anymore
