Dont. Eat healthier and exercise but dont focus on wieghtloss. Trust me ive won many tournaments. However if ur determined, Focus on how healthy you eat not how much and lift wieghts, fastest way to healthily lose fat. Dont sacrifice cardio but dont make that your source of wieghtloss. The most important rule is eat healthy, NOT till your STUFFED. Best of luck!

Thats really good advice jato :-) i'll take you up on it, What do you recommend in terms of getting greater muscle flexibility? i'm currently struggling to get roundhouse's to the head and in honesty if i want a chance this year i really need to work on that.

Daily stretching is the best you can do for flexibilty, that and just practicing the moves themselves, itll take dedication on your own time but you can do it

:) now you know what you gotta do. Srsly tho, stretching will really help you out in flexibility! Not only does it make it easier to go higher, but b/c it becomes easier it makes far more difficult combos easier to learn and widens your arsenal of attacks,
