Hello my friends,its me,your Pokéman Arcanine,and i would like to ask you something if you please...
I would like to visit a forum but there is something wrong with it,i mean *somehow* i can enter to the forum when i am at school,at College, but i can not enter to it when i am at home.Whenever i am at home and try to enter i get this error:

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network

If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
