Dear Arcanine,
Do not start naming clan members outright in a bad way, this is unfriendly, and unacceptable. Going around and calling your clan family members your enemies is not nice and leaves a very bad feeling in others. Also note, as I am responding to a comment made in the Original Post, this is not off topic. In regards to your hardware, you get out of it what you put in - a push bike cannot do 100 km/h, or 65 mph; and your computer cannot play those games.

To reinforce Jaw's latter half of his post, you'll need an updated PC if you ever want to play those kind of games.
You could try applications that boost your fps by like 2-3points, but more than likely it'll be infective. ex:

p.s. Please follow the
ELE rule. If you can't take everybody's opinions, don't ask for them =P.

Your specs are probably scraping the minimum requirements, so aside from dropping all the visual settings down, there's not much else you can safely do. I wouldn't bother overclocking, since it won't be enough to help you.
Double check some things in your display settings (both in game, and through Nvidia's console). Definitely want VSync/Vertical sync off. Any AA filters should be down all the day. Basically just have everything as low as possible. But I think the others are right, you're only going to be able to get so much out of it, and will probably need an upgrade if you're hoping to get the best performance out of those games as you can.

Nonsense... Overclock the hell out of that Gforce 8400. It can handle it.
