I was checking out my profile, seeing what I could customize, and I noticed that you can have an avatar. I don't want to sound completely like a noob, but hey; I don't know how to make it work

Any help would be really appreciated.

of course,we are here to help Gudrun,if you need any help in makin a profile or else just let us know .
Anyway to make a avatar you need to upload it with photobucket and copy the link into the avatar blank but i must warn you, it doesnt accept URL,it accepts the website

So I go onto photo bucket, upload it, and take the address?

sure that is what i did do,and also you need to remake your photo as 150x150 otherwise it wont accept

i meant to say you must arrange it as 150x150 before you upload it

sure,anytime but still i wannaexplain it with pictures
1)You sign in/sign up.

2)you click upload after you sign in and click select photos and videos.
3)then you look for what you are gonna search,for example i did like this:
i clicked lulwut one and...


when you upload i clicked into'Direct link button'
4)you go to profile and

copy and paste what you did on direct link into the 'Link off-site Avatar'
and after that press Submit

i am sure it is gonna work
