I have ... noticed that our server is awfully outdated in the JA+ Community.

Why can't we update it?

The reason i want to update is so we, KR can have more fun when there are no non-KR online. F.eks we can have force combats when we are emp'ed. Which means, we don't got unlimited force and we CAN hurt eachother with force. I was thinking this could improvice to some training with the force.

Your opening Pandoras Box for that suggestion me thinks...

JA+ version 2.4 sucks completely. 2.3 is not too bad, but not too good either. 2.2 is the best version. Change to JA+ SP basejka damages and we're all set. Or remove the damned JA+ mod all together.

I'm not even sure what version the server currently runs! But one thing is sure: It's not the latest or best!

EDIT:

Another suggestion would to beta test the server with some of the new JA+ mods including force and alt dim with alt-dim = laming allowed rules!

As long people stay in the main-dim rules apply and the admins should be able to controll it.

We might even discover some of our members hidden skill with the force. [f.eks i'd like to see if HIME is good with force or if i pwn her! lol]

Decrease blocking rate and going down to SP damages would be very nice. Almost like base but with the addition wiggle/poke wont work the way it does on base. Oh and the admin stuff of course

On another matter i did hear about in my travls around the server that someone created a mod for basejka that allowed the usage of a few "asmin" commands only the basic ones like kick and the such like but they could be done without rcon <shrugs> Just thought I should mention it as the main reasons for not going base would be the whole admin thing.
