I was denied and would like to know how to contact the council members either by private message or while on the server or what? If it doesn't matter then I will leave it at that.

One of two ways:

Either click the little PM box at the bottom of this post, or click up where it says "You have no new messages", click "New Post" and fill out the form (you don't have to pick me to PM if you don't want ).

Also, sorry about double posting on your application. Thought I was posting on Austin's >.<
