Hey guys... I don't know if you all remember me from about a month ago or so.

Well, I got a new laptop, and when I try to run JA on it, it becomes all blocky and stuff and won't even go full screen. The full screen part doesn't bother me, it's just the blocky 8-bit graphics.

Can this be fixed? I'm pretty sure it's because my laptop has such a new processor or whatever.

If I bought this game on Steam instead of running it from a disc would that help?

JKA is an old game. Learn to live with it...

Also, put up a screenshot.
Also, look up google on JKA and see how it is supposed to look like.
Also, do all of the above.

Secondly,what kind of error you receive? Does your firewall block to play game
and if you are from Europe and if you are able to download,i suggest you to do like that but i managed to play like that,and afterwards i did create a virtual CD like MagicDisk or Alcohol

can you please tell us what the problem is?

one of the best programs for virtual CD is (i think)deamon tools but its hard to find a free normal version i got the normal version with JA when i download it

No, there isn't an error. it's just everybody is really skinny and blocky. Like, lego-blocky.

have you tried of reinstalling the game? with deleting skins and others,maybe a mod or a skin is causing to see like that o.o

some1 make some screen shots so felix can see if its the game or the pc or just he is used to play more advanced games

Alex I used to play this game every day and it looked much better on an older computer. Here's what it looks like now.

Thats what it looks like on my computer, and I ain't complaining. Better graphics = lower gameplay.
