This is precisely the case - the only thing is, we are seeing if he is aware of that; thus Falcon's question, is he aware what he did to get banned? Does he in fact know what he is apokagizing for?

See, this is why we ask.

Main reason is constant laming and disconnecting out of punishment. Both of which happened on repeated on occasions. Not to mention laming visitors when there were no KR admins on.

Do you understand? Do you promise never to do that again?
