If you had 9999999999$'s and could only donate it (not using it yourself in any way.), who would you donate it too?

Are there any "singular" organization that is making the world a better place? Would they use the money for good or just pay themselves a bonus from the donation(s) they receive?

If there would have no chance of using this money for myself,i would give it to the outpost because if it is from a thief and found it by chance and there would be a chip to track..the burglar would come at me and kill me,so the best way of giving it to a Police
if it is not from a burglar,i would give the money to the poor people because i know that we are all the same and everybody deserves a second chance(even poor people)
