The KR server I go to has almost no control of their player what so ever! If they truly can control their players then Im going to leave Permanently and tell all my youtube viewer never to go to A single KR server again!!!

why do you feel that you have no control? this will help us to give you a proper responce

I'm truly sorry that you feel this way Dragon's Blade, and I do hope that there is some way to remedy this situation for you. In fact, I have a opinions of how your time on our KR server could be spent with more having fun, and you can also help us maintain our server so you don't have to feel we have no control over our players.

1) Make sure to use /amsay to let the admins that are currently on the server know that someone is misbehaving.

I know that you are a regular mate, even though I'm currently on an absences as of late, I had seen you multiple times on our server while I was active. It might be in your best interest to get to know who on the server wearing the KR tags are admins or nots. Never really hurts to even ask out loud who the admins are. I'm sure somebody will answer you, granted they are not all AFK or having another window in front of the game's window at that point in time.

2) Get the MSN/X-Fire/Steam of some regular KR members who are admins.

This way, you'll have an ace in the hole even if no one's on server. I'm sure if you ask nice enough, people will be willing to give you their contact information. In fact, there might be even be a thread on the forums somewhere around here with that information already set up for you, I'm not 100% sure on that though. However, my MSN is CJPotteiger@msn.com and Steam is Necros1215. There are also numerous other ways of communicating with players not on server, such as the PM system here on our forums, but those three IM systems I mentioned are three of the biggies that I know most of our members use.

3) Take screenshots and report bad behavior here on the forums if you feel that someone is worth banning.

Note, I say worth banning. Such as, constantly laming/flaming or recruiting on our server or something of the like. Please don't make a daily report of every person you saw lame once on the server, as that would probably kill your credibility, as we in KR do not want to go on a witch hunt for every newb who doesn't quite know the rules of our server quite yet.
This is not to say that you can't request a ban on someone with proof of them breaking rules on multiple occasions. We encourage that, as you would be helping us to control our server from all those ruffians.

So, once again Dragon's Blade, I deeply apologize that you feel the KR server is running rampant and out of control, and hope that you can give us a second chance to earn your trust. If you could read this carefully, and possibly look into these options. Also, be forewarned, that sometimes when the server is out of control, the admins might already be busy with a million other things, or not necessarily there (AFK.) Thank you for your post in trying to show us how we can work better to make the server a better place for our visitors, though, a little less of a brash last sentence of pushing people away from our server through your YouTube channel is a bit unneeded I think, but it is your right. Please, just take the time to read my post, though as long as it is, I think it might just be able to help you.

Just my 2 cents worth.

I have played JKA for years, as well as other online games. No server is 100 pervent free from lamers and trouble makers. There are always some who enjoy being difficult. Even with very active admins, sometimes there are periods where things are better and sometimes periods when it is worse.

But, one thing that is clear about KR - they do watch the server. They make a clear effort to keep people being civil and respectful. In fact, that is *one* of the main reasons I am happy to have been accepted into KR. I don't like bullies and rude people. And I can only praise the KR admins for their hard work.

As noted above, work the system KR has when there is trouble. Don't let the trouble makers run you off from a great group of people. : )

If no admins are on when someone is being trouble, screenshot, post, and if need be just take a break from the game so that they don't get to upset you. It takes a little time to handle things, but Kr does look into things.

Besides, if there were no lamers/flamers/trolls/etc around, where would we get the fun of chasing them off? D:

Good point, I know I been away for ages but it seems like a huge chunk off this place well from the roster just disappeared off teh end of teh earth.

Whatever happened to pho? Raven etc? just gone without a whisper?

I visited teh server a few times it is often empty though, but a few times its had peeps on.

actually on that topic I was on the other night and I could only find 2 FFA servers with ppl on (which were not private)

RaVeN was on just last night, actually. ^^'' Now that summer's pretty much done, people just get busy with work, school, projects, and other things, people just get on when they can, which doesn't always match up with other people's schedules.

Also, it seems to me that people run by the server, see nothing but bots, and then leave. It takes at least one person willing to stick around and wait for a bit, because then another person sees someone's on and joins. Then another, then another. Whenever I've been on, there's either been one or zero actual people on, but sticking around for about fifteen minutes results in a few more people joining. It just takes someone to instigate.

You're never going to find a server that doesn't have rulebreakers on. They let anyone have a computer these days The best thing you can do is just be smart and avoid them and their idiocy.

Also, empty threats about getting all your Youtube buddies to never come here is not the best way to make friends around here. Our admins are here to help you, but they are not at your beck and call.

However, if you do need one of us, like Jawfin said, feel free to contact one of us via MSN or forum PM.

And Pho is still about, dont think he plays much these days though, hes at uni, and when hes not at uni hes hanging out with me and others. Actually spending today with him, going to go and attach some better condition parts to my car hehe

We should consider ourselves lucky! Maybe in the future we will need a license for having a computer..
