Hey guys just wondering what is your favorite holiday and i would like you guys to say why per say i like Christmad that my favorite holiday b/c i get to spend time with my family i get to see my family enjoy their presents and i get to eat christmas ham Pot roast and i get presents :p lol so post here and tell me tell me NOW

Christmas cuz even tho i feel sad in christmas, it brings back memories of my days in my country with my family

Tough one. I would probably have to say my birthday, as it is 1 in 365 days that I get to do what I want to do with little to no arguments.

For me,it will be the 24 june cuz that my holiday *country*its about history 2...about the english and french wars...they win...we stike back and they get away in there Godamn country(we where not much against them) and then the strike back and they win...why? cuz they where just more than us but if we where the same number, we probably win... anyway after 400 years, WE STAND AND FIGHT! this holiday is just to make me know who i really are and protect my own culture... (and that why i dont like peoples call me Canadian cuz im more than that... im Quebecois and proud to be!)

I love it, Yes birthday is a nice personal day but Christmas I feel everyone in the family are celebrating, your mum and dad and now with a child it will be nice to see them get excited too.

From the same cheesy annoying jingles to the food, gifts and everything I just love it..

I hate it when you come across soemone who is hell bent on putting a downer on it.. Sure if you dont like it thats fine but in the past We have had a certain family member cause a lot of trouble with their attitude and negativity during the period.

People can be as cynical as they like about Christmas being about money etc, but it wont stop me.

I dont celebrate Xmas. I celebrate presents. Being atheist i just hop on the bandwagon and buy presents and get presents on the 25 and spend time with family during that time of year and what not . So basically Xmas with a diff name.

Christmas of course.

It's the one time of year that I feel the heart and soul that should be felt in the world, can be felt all the time, basically through the month of December. You spend time with your family, giving of yourself and your money to buy presents for them. Also, if you're like me and my family, you do more than just buy for yourselves. You spend your time and money helping all those who are less fortunate this Christmas. Whether it be donating to the Salvation Army or spending time at a Soup Kitchen or whatever, you try to spread the Spirit of the Season.

I'm not saying it's the same for all people, but at least it's like that for me. You have traditions that you follow (which you should look into why you follow them instead of just blindly following ) and you spend more time with your family and friends than I think you do at any other time of the year. It's the warmth that comes in the cold months

Everyone just seems to be a little happier and easy-going during this time of the year. It's hard not to get caught up in the holiday spirit. I also get to see my family and friends who I otherwise wouldn't see, plus a certain Arbi boyfriend.

Hm. I can't just pick one, so.......

Big holiday...Christmas. It's the one time of year that I get to see everyone in my extended family (and presents are nice too!). Minor holiday...Halloween. I'm big into paranormal stuff, so obviously, I love the holiday all about that. Personal holiday...Dec. 23. 'Tis the day that Fal and I got together, 'nuff said.

For me, its Halloween, some of the best days of ym life have happened at on halloween, best time ver, partys that can start halloween morning, and finish in the morning 2 days after the actual 'holiday' itself, cannot be bad.

Christmas.

Decorations, pine trees, that magical holiday feeling, the smell in the air, Winter(FTW). I think decorating the tree and house and getting into that holiday spirit is what gets me.
