I have to draw a picture on my graphing calculator using functions ( f(x)=x^2 stuff like that). I would like a progam that gives me functions from a picture. From there all I have to do is put the functions(or equations w/e) into the calculator.

...I do not understand what you ...are talking about. "A program that can get functions from a picture to put in graphing calc"?!?! @_@

You need to elaborate
Read what you wrote and edit or expand on it
What you said actually makes little sense or what you are saying comes across nonsensical.

Ok, it's like reading another language. Got any examples? Guides? Tutorials? FAQ's? Web-sites based on that? Facts? Infos?

Do you mean, for instance, that you have a image of a parabola and you want an application that looks at it then says "y = x^2" or something?
in which case, it won't happen, I doubt it exists - extremely complicated, especially if you factor in the angle ratios (sin cosine tangent) and circle equations (x^2 - y^2 = 0) and rectangular hyperbola, especially polynomials, etc - extremely complex. Similar to the math of solving primitives of integrals, it just won't happen.
