Yeah it does

The CGI which its based on in the new trilogy was very good but at times took away from the real actors action.. too much CGI in the new trilogy which was another reason why it was miles behind teh original trilogy.

But still ill probably watch it, as long as its not ludicrious

Problem with cartoon animation is it exagerates away from actors abilities, I hope they dont make it completely stupid and cheesey

Lucas got too caught up in the cheesy in EP I and II which was why he probably dropped Jar Jar in III

Did this come out a few days ago?

Anyone seen it?

Reckon the whole CGI will be too much for me.. Lucas got a bit cheesey in his new trilogy..

He is but only cameonot even a speaking role I dont think.

I think most ppl here are fans of SW.. ist a case of can you watch it seriously in cartoon.. or animation or whatever you want to call it.. It is inherintly designed for kids.

Thats for the Input KYP... Spoke with Rich about it yesterday, we just gonna grab the DVD we think.

As both SW fans its worth watching by all means... just not sure we need the expense of cinema et al and we can enjoy it as much on DVD.

I saw it sunday. I felt like I wanted to kill myself for the first 5 or 10 minutes, but after that it was decent. It looks like good ol' George Lucas is going to make more after that though.

I saw it. Well, I liked more the films with real saber fights ( I guess the best saber fight was put in Star Wars Episode 3 - Revenge of the Sith ) , it's worth to take watch. Gives more knowledge about whole Star Wars story =)

Thats for your comments guys

I think ill grab the DVD when it comes out.

I understand what you mean about best saber fight in EP III and any emotional fight isnt going to be replicated into animation..

However when comparing its difficult

The new trilogy of star wars was unable to come close to the orignal trilogy..

Perhaps the Animation could stand up against the new trilogy.. But Like you have I wont even consider it with Episode IV, V and VI
