Hello, I tried joining the KR server the other day and was autokicked/banned. I have a dynamic ip with firewall in place. I had a friend of mine in KR, Jack Skywalker, who told me about the vpn business so I tried removing it and taking the firewall off only to be autobanned again. After he spoke with a higher admin to have my ban removed, it then happened again after the unban. This was all the same day maybe I tried joining to many times, not really sure but if I could get another unban I'd appreciate it. Also if I am joining to frequently in a row let me know. I'd like it not to happen again. Thanks!

Well, your members seem to think differently. I guess they don't agree with your logic. And neither do I. My "activities" have not done anything out of the ordinary that other players who have been unbanned have not done themselves.

First of all, "this post" is only available to YOU and your fellow clan members because I can't see "this post". And you are sharing "comments" from 7 years ago.... like wtf? Where is the proof from these apparent comments? Or you just making stuff up? I could say some random stuff too. Are you gonna believe it because I said it?

First off, I can't see that topic.. so I have no idea what you are talking about. Second, you claimed I was first banned in 2014. I don't even remember playing at KR in 2014. So it seems you are grabbing at straws. And empty straws at that. And for your information, HALF of that alias list was not even me. If you want to hash it out I am willing to talk to you in private but half that alias list is wrong and is not even me.

Another thing on the 2014 claim. My current IP..... is in a completely different state than what my actual 2014 IP was. They were completely different IP's. That's how I know that claim is horse s.

wow... you captured a daily occurence in your server. A kick and the end result was an accidental kill. I don't see how this has to do with anything. Who can predict a kick to be a kill anyway.

And my ban was never lifted to begin with because it was never in place to begin with because I never did anything wrong.... "since 2014". And I don't know where you even got that number from.

Look, I am not here to start any problems. If I was then I wouldn't have made this post. I would have just found another way to get on your server or just gave up altogether. I'm here because this isn't right and I want to clear the air. I like KR and I like playing at KR and if you would just give me a chance to show I am genuine then I can show you. I am even willing to voice chat with anyone that wants to. I have nothing to hide and nothing prove. I'd just rather not be banned from ya'lls server. I have no ill intentions and would appreciate it if ya'll would unban me.

And again, if you wanna voice chat on discord or whatever, just let me know and we can talk it out. At the end of the day I got no ill will towards anyone and dont want ya'll to think I have ill will towards ya'll.

Not sure what your obsession with arrested development is but if you are referring to me... I'm Dale... but you have to call me 'Dragon'.

Also, like I said before, I don't recall ever being banned until recently. And no, I don't deny I broke your rules as I have repeatedly broke them in the past but so have a lot of other players who also posted in this section and have been granted an unbanning. I should receive the same treatment. And in case you are wondering, yes, I do apologize for breaking your rules more than once. However, if you do unban me, I can guarantee it won't happen again. Now we have never spoken directly that I am aware of but if you ask anyone in EJO, I am a man of my word. Not many people can say that.

Now onto the list of aliases..... this is really crazy to me actually seeing how you are listing aliases from my current IP which I have never used until a year and a half ago-ish. The reason it being crazy is because in 2014, I was living in San Diego. I can only guess that those aliases you listed were from someone else that lived in my same area and used the same type of internet. Since you don't know, I'll go ahead and inform you of the many possibilities. I am on a US Army base where the internet is shared by several hundred people in the same barracks/building. Those aliases you listed could have possibly been from someone previously in these same barracks that used the same internet and visited your server which isn't far off seeing the amount of people that come in and out of this base on a daily basis. So, to be quite honest, the 2014 aliases you listed which I have never seen personally in my life, look to be a case of mistaken identity. Believe it or not, I don't really care, but I am an honest person when it comes down to it and I'll tell you like it is.

All of these years and the aliases you listed were none of mine. These years listed I was in San Diego, CA. I'd rather not get personal but you making these accusations are simply not true and what it looks like is a mistaken identity. I didn't want to get personal because it's none of your business or anyone else's just as your place of residence is none of my business, but I am at a military base in central Texas where no more than 40,000 people come in and out every day. The years you listed actually align with what looks like someone that did two 3-year contracts with the US Army. They probably lived in the same barracks that I currently live in and most likely using the same internet that I am currently using which is called "Boingo". It's the generic Wi-Fi for all personnel living in the barracks which also comes with more than one connection.

You really don't know as I'm not the devil you make me out to be despite "The Devil" alias. I understand you have an issue with "enjoying myself" on your your server and it being detrimental to the fun of others. The point of playing to be "fun".

I appreciate you responding and taking your time. However, I do see some issue with this as I explained above and I'd like you to understand these things and give me a second chance as you've given others.

Edit: I also appreciate you being reasonable and having a conversation with me instead of giving a response and locking the topic as I've seen happen on other unban requests. I also think this is a different situation compared to other unban requests as half the reason for the banning has been false. (And no, I don't disagree with the actual reasons.)

You may have felt it justified and reasonable, and the admin had it coming etc., but it saps the fun from the server - something we spend countless hours and considerable resources on.

Speaking of, another one of your bans not previously mentioned, was recruiting. Using the name =[GE]=Lord=Sorath to attempted to recruit for the GE clan. This, is direct theft. We set our server up (as mentioned at a cost) with the hope of attracting friendly visitors to join us - our visitors are our only asset of our investment - and recruiting is reaping where you did not sow!

I'm not trying to dig up the past, I'm just pointing out the unchanging pattern of your attitude towards our server, members and visitors.

You wouldn't know the reason or the time of day because you weren't there. You are literally going off of people's word and whatever server logs you may or may not have seen. My intention was never to ruin anyone's fun so that claim is just absurd and ridiculous. And yes, there was a purpose for me using multiple connections because I was being wrongfully admin abused. If your admins would be upfront and communicate with the accused then there'd be less confusion as my actions were only a result of the disrespect and the way I was treated. You can't be punished and the reasons never explained.

One thing I've agreed with what you've said. No one should be recruiting on your server for another clan. But you must understand this was not a serious act as the "GE" clan is completely dead and does not even play JKA or any games for that matter and this was more of a troll act than a serious one. Not saying that's ok but I understand what you are saying but I am just letting you know that it's not even a factor.

I understand but you must also understand the "baby-sitting" goes both ways in regards to someone like me acting the way I have and someone like you acting the way you have. It's not a one-way street. And I am not the only one that has noticed. You must account for your actions the same as I have accounted for my actions. The extreme disrespect I've already experienced from you personally with your mental health insults have already garnered contempt from members in your own camp as well as others I will not name. However, like I've said before; I hope and believe you to be a reasonable man as I am myself and I hope you can listen to reason and understand the things I have said and presented. And know that I am not here to be a troll or a pest. I am an open person and I wish no ill will on KR or its members. I hope you can understand this of me and reconsider this unjust ban and have it lifted as you've had other players bans lifted.

It's one of the only active servers. And that list of aliases you presented was off. I'm just letting you know the ones you had right and wrong as I never used this IP and location until about a year and a half ago. As the above post I stated I was not even in my current location until a couple years ago so the other years must have been someone else. If you knew what kind of place I live in then it would probably make more sense to you.

Regardless though, I give you my word to not behave this way again.

I suggest waiting a bit - give it a few weeks. I had a quick check around and all of the admins who have had to deal with you would prefer not - so give them time to forget. I'm convinced the reason we are one of the only active servers is because we run such a tight ship - that may conflict with people's view of how the world, or a game, should work - but the facts bear out in this instance this is true.

So its something that takes a little effort to earn, the right to join - and by effort I merely mean waiting a stretch a time - the effort in fact being actually doing nothing!

This will allow us to see your sincerity - and as previously mentioned allow some here to forget about any troubles you've caused them. That really is in your own interest, as you don't want to jump back into a hostile environment.

I've only ever dealt with about 2 admins. How is giving them time to forget going to fix me getting wrongfully accused for the list of aliases that weren't even me? You have a lot of activity because people have been used to going to your server for a long time now because of the years of it being active. It's got nothing to do with your tight ship. That's a fact.

I get what you are saying but I shouldn't even have to wait a stretch of time. I was looking at posts of players getting unbanned after their 4th, 5th, and 6th, time. I've been banned.... ONE... time. This hasn't been a repeated thing. It was a one-time thing.

I do not see your logic in "waiting a stretch a time" because I have already demonstrated my sincerity in this post. "Some here" forgetting about any troubles I caused them sounds like a joke. Because when it comes down to it, I kicked someone to their death and said "sh*t". Other players have done far worse and gotten away with it.

And if anyone is going to host a hostile environment, it won't be from me. I can tell you that now. What I tell you is true.

You've managed to make your creditability even lower.

I had already rendered a decision, and had decided to lift your ban in 2 weeks. I'm still content to do that.

I note you have managed to miss the point on essentially everything I've said - which may well be I did not explain myself clearly enough.

A case in point though, is your reference to recruiting: -

Please take this opportunity to demonstrate the person you can be on server during this time - let it go and try to make yourself a person we would look forward to seeing on server then.

Havok, you use the "logic" argument a lot in your posts, but it really seems like you are the one not applying it to yourself and your situation.

So let's try to go down the logic lane together

KR server belongs to the KR clan - literally/legally - money is spent monthly to keep it online.
Since KR is an online/digital clan we can go ahead and determine that this server is the closest thing KR has to a "house".

So now let's move forward with looking at the KR server as being like a house.

How should house guests act/behave? When should a host kick out a guest due to improper behavior?

If you, Havok, were to host a party or a get together at your home how would you feel about a stranger rummaging through your fridge, propping their feet up on the table, stealing, cursing you out in front of your family, or burning down your house?
I would bet all of these would make you at least uncomfortable...in your own home.
Maybe make you think twice about inviting that guest back into your house.

Here are some truths about the KR server:
Anyone outside of KR is not entitled to play there.
This server is not a government entity, so there are no rights awarded to you (E.G. freedom of speech or whatever).

Bottomline - You have no power here.
None.
No one outside of the KR clan does.

I'm going to try to type this line below to make this as simple as possible to understand so that there is NO miscommunication:

We have to like you if you want to play here.

I would suggest tackling YOUR problem from this perspective. Because it is your problem, I don't actual care like...at all about your banishment. You mean nothing to me. And after reading through some of your past actions and some of your recent passive aggressive posts on this forum - you have 0 respect from me, I might even be bordering on disrespect. (Maybe you can tell me what category you think you fall into after reading this post, because like I said above - I don't really care)

The only reason you've become a blip on my radar is just how illogical your behavior is. Like wow, I found myself saying sentences starting with "...In what reality is this guy..." "How could someone think this is a good idea to..." "Well that's a bold strategy, Cotton. let's see if it pays off for him."

Basically you've become a meme to me, and not in a "aww, that's so cute!" kinda way.

My advice:
Become an asset to the server, clean up after yourself, offer to wash the dishes, become the perfect house guest.

In time...in a lot of time, you might even be offered a seat at the table.
