Yeah Phil just watch the video haha. I have no idea what Season 8 will be like (until tonight) and will desperately try to avoid spoilers in case I miss any of the future episodes.

Sorry lol, I'm just really excited for the season and I'm paranoid about anything that looks suspicious ending up being a legit spoiler.

Yeah I tried avoiding that video because:

1. I don't like Jimmy Fallon, he annoys me.

2. The video had so many views that I seriously thought it might have been a real spoiler.

I should have known you wouldn't do me like that, but I was prepared to go to war with you over that.

I thought the first episode of the new season was pretty whelming. Not that much seemed to happen

I'm wondering whether this episode is the one with the lowest number of deaths shown in the entire series. Not that it was bad, just felt uneventful.

Ned Umber is officially the worst character on Game of Thrones...

Realistically I wasn't going to quit even if this epsiode blew, but I did expect more lol. It might be the episode with the fewest deaths, the one at the end and then the guards on the boat earlier? There's gotta be some episode where only like 1 or 2 people died though right?

It was a necessary amount of whelm in my opinion. This season is going to move very fast very soon and we had to get all the reunions/dumb romances and stuff out the way first.

Episode 2 was an e p i c gamer moment.

The calm before the storm is a perfect description for the episode. I liked most of the scenes, and the hype builds up even further for the next episode.

One of the best episodes in the whole Game of Thrones series in my opinion. Aside from one awkward scene that was a little hard to watch.

My parents wouldn't let me watch when I was younger, never got to it :p

Only thing worth mentioning is Jon's wolf finally reappeared in the background.

Game of Thrones season 8 episode 3 was maybe my favourite battle sequence of all time. Wish we actually saw more things, but I really enjoyed it. Thoughts?

Worst battle sequence of all time, it was intense but nonsense. Seems more like "Totally Accurate Battle Simulator" with kids arranging the army.
