Approaches me on JAWA asking for an unban from KR.

I asked him to make a post in this sub-forum, says he is banned from the site as well. I don't know any of the details of the ban other than what he has told me.

Tbh, he never seemed like much of a rule-breaker to me, but that's irrelevant.

The IP I have for him is neither banned on server nor on the forums.

If he wants to let us know the IP he feels is blocked I can look into it - but the one I have for him, starting with 70 and ending with 31 is not banned.

Perhaps he is trying to use VPNs / Proxies which are firewalled on server and ignored on forums.

Also, are you sure he is trying the right forums? And the right server?
