I wouldn't even have written this if I didn't see so many people doing it. Some people would look in specific topic areas for new activity, and ask people where the topic they just posted was so they could find it. This is not necessary at all, as there is a way to find new activity really easy by clicking this one button, located under " Forum "

This is the only way I can use any forum :_:

I use the one above, almost exclusively, to show new threads as well as new posts on old threads. I just assumed everyone did this.

Edit: And to mark all as read (so to skip those you don't care to read), use Home, then Search / Mark forums read.
