check this mod out called ultimate weapons!

the ultimate weapons one is so cool cause it makes the textures on the guns and hilts shiny instead of it looking like unattractive plastic and btw if you type /cg_dismember 1 in the console you'll get dismemberment but not just that you also get blood splatters after you chop someones limbs or head off
