I was banned on 11/12/15 under Mr Zee's and assuming that everyone thought I was Mr Zee I am not and Im assuming that the person who did ban me had rcon access to check IP's because he mentioned "zee was using proxies" news flash my IP is not a proxy and if SkyJaw had actually ran a check on that he would have figured that out

Now I was required to put all the chat together instead of just Mark's comments only - and re-examining at those logs I can see purposeful combined efforts by a clan to attempt disruption on our server, and thus can be considered a raid. Ergo, your clan is banned. Which means, your ban stays and Morf gets his back.

I agree completely. You were not banned for being MrZee. You were banned for your behavior with the name Silas and then with the name ?¿Mr.Zee?¿_. The ban was in fact for the "clan raid". I'm sorry I didn't state that absolutely explicitly - I'm used to people being able to draw inferences without being spoon-fed. Please understand I'm used to people who have thinking ability.

Hey bro, having a little bit of experience in the US justice system, (I'm not sure how or why that applies here...but I'll play along) maybe you would listen to some advice of counsel:

The evidence is pretty stacked against you, and while it may be true that your intentions were not to actually conduct a 'clan raid,' you sort of did. Now, you have to deal with the consequences of that. I know, I know, it is totally unfair, especialy since an alternate and equally valid view of the evidence is that you and your friends are just a gaggle of idiots who haven't yet learned how to interact with folks on the interwebs. If you had sought my advice earlier, I would have told you to try to present that view instead, and apologize profusely for your... umm... shortcomings. But, such is life.. missed opportunities and such... you know what I mean, bro?

So, what to do now, you ask. Well, first I would say stop trying to shove that square peg into a round hole, and give up the notion that someone other than yourself has made a mistake here. Second, I would totally try to play up those mental shortcomings... we can maybe present the case that you suffer from a neurological disorder, or something, or that you were emotionally devastated by missing the latest episode of Uncle Grandpa... you get where I am going I'm sure. Third, I would start saying that word that so magically starts making bad situations better - sorry. Maybe if you do all of these things, we can convince "the man" to reduce your sentence to an infraction... a simple breaking of the sexual chat rule maybe

I like how everyone keeps going back to the "clan raid" argument when there really was no clan or clan raid and thinks that some form of a valid argument and reasoning behind these punishments actually exists. All I see in the last thread is falcon said "PIZZA it, i'm locking the thread to save our ass".

Midget is right about one thing, we are going in circles because no one can seem to give a logical explanation behind my strict punishment. Clan raid? Huh, weird, there is no clan. Trolling? Sure, but it isn't ban-able, and if it is then no one told me it was or gave me a warning, surely i'm not the only one to "troll" on your server? To people I know in real life non the less, its not like this is new to them. Yet apparently I came on the server to disrupt it somehow.
