It seems I have to wait until the 29th of July. And I won't be installing any betas on my work computer.

I've heard mixed reviews, I'll be trying it soon ... If I get around to doing it, I'll definitely post here.

Okay, I have mixed feelings about Windows 10. Mainly because I am a security/technology person, plus I also used to make malware ran on the Windows operating system. I'd like to start off by saying that when the time has come when Microsoft has released a new operating system there are always going to be major security bugs and exploits awaiting to be found by hax0rz wanting to accomplish their malicious task. With there also being new features and Microsoft might also add a few more security firewalls don't you think we might see a rise in Trojans and or new malware? We just had ransomware become invented not that long ago and Cryptolocker is a pain to get rid of. If anyone remembers I known SkyJaw might, but when SQL Slammer came out it used MS02-039 to enable remote code execution. To point out Windows never even fixed that issue we still have it, this serious new vulnerability has been confirmed to be on operating systems on Vista onwards which gives hax0rz the potential to execute their own arbitrary code (https://technet.microsoft.com/library/security/MS14-066) Honestly Windows 10 could just be a playground for hax0rz for all we know. We'll just have to see and find out if it's the best thing since sliced bread or the worst thing since HeartBleed.

I never used Windows 10, but I seen some people using. My opinion is that PC is PC and tablet is tablet. The tablet environment that is being used in Windows 8 or more recent Windows for PCs is not good to use. I'm not saying tablets are bad. They are good, but PCs are not tablets. I mean that I think they must use PC environment for PCs (that is easier to use in a PC) and tablet environment for tablets. I'm not including the new laptops (that turn to tablet) in it, so it's not the point at all. I just prefer Windows 7. Windows XP and Windows 7 have some tools that the newer Windows don't have. Anyways, when Windows 7 get old, I and all the people that agree with me will need to change to a newer OS, and I hope it have a PC-only environment. It would be good if they make an OS based in Windows XP and Windows 7, that I think are the best OS that Microsoft developed. But there are people that like the tablet environment, this is just my opinion. I don't know if you like it and the new tools. If you will do things that use the older tools, I recommend you keep using Windows 7 for now, but if you like the new environment and the new tools, the new OSs are good too. It's just a few things that some people like and some people don't like. All OSs have their good and their bad.

I'm going to wait until it's been out for a solid year or so, down to one (Cry) working PC and can't compromise it with a buggy system. Windows 8 was a horrific experience in itself.... oh 7, how I miss you.
