yea, fixed.It would appear someone rather evil used your IP before inherited it (your new IP is only a day old, I don't know if you notice your IP changes pretty much daily). If you Google it you'll see that. I removed it from the server ban list, besides, you'll probably have a new IP tomorrow which would also fix it!
