Just recently started playing JKA again and wanted to stop by the forums to say hello!

Also really appreciate you guys having a very active server / community. One among the few that are keeping the JKA community alive after 12 years of existence

I can honestly say that from time to time I have encountered a clan that I thought embodied the spirit of the Jedi Knight clans of old. Time and time again they proved me wrong. They come and go, these would-be successors to the originals...some (which shall not be named to protect their perceived reputation) are still around, derpy as ever.

But KR...KR is different. I'm never ceased to be impressed by the KR server, it's members, its administration, etc. I've played here time and again since KR's resurrection several years ago (under a handful of names...I've had a JK identity crisis as I've slipped in and out of retirement and through a handful of clans over the last 8 years) and I can honestly say it's passed every test.

It's a good place to play. I look forward to killing you again soon.

Not sure what resurrection we went through here as KR is near as old as the game itself - in that we branched off from another [now long dead] clan a year after Academy was released, which itself was a JO clan - so we're older than them there hills - and have always been active.

Thanks for all your kind words, that means we are attaining to the goals which our founders set for us [whom of which are also long absent] - and thus have maintained their high standards and ideals.

I was under the impression when I returned to the game after a very long break for several years that KR was inactive in JK, but active in some other games, and shortly after decided to bring back a JK server. Maybe I was misinformed at that time. Either way, it's good to have you guys around.

Quite so. I'm absolutely sure I met some of those founders in the day, being old as the hills myself, and I'm sure they would be pleased to see their legacy has carried on faithfully. Of course, now my interest is piqued and I wonder at which clan KR branched from...

But I don't want to hijack this topic.
Edit: And it seems I don't have to...I did a search through the forums and managed to find a thread that explained it. You guys came outta {FK} huh? Very nice! I remember playing on their server many times. I always wondered what happened to them. Now I know.
