Looking for a new work laptop

I am looking for a beast. A beast that work harder than Rocky from the Rocky movies. Now, this does NOT mean it has amazing capacity for gaming. It means it has amazing stability and can run any developer software ranging from Photoshop, Unity 3D and 3ds Max 2099 (or whatever year we are in).

I don't care about playing games on it. It will be dedicated to my work, projects and getting-rich-fast schemes. :)

Suggestions? I previously had Lenovo W530, however it was faulty (and expensive), so I've sendt it in return after 3 years- hopefully getting my 20k back (about 3500 US)!!

Someone suggested Dell Precision m4800 workstation, which seems pretty good. Although I am not a fan of the dell.

We use both HP Z Workstations and HP Elitebooks at work for development

I only buy one brand, Asus.
I've had my fill of fixing Toshiba, Acer (yuk), Compaq, HP - and that's after you uninstall all the crapware they force on it.

You'll want a lot of parallel processing, means 8 core CPU - and you'll need a serious amount of RAM, so max out with 32GB, which means 64bit hardware and OS, and you'll be needing a SSD. You'll also want the highest performance graphics card you can get too.

Oh and finally, if you are intending to do serious grunt work, number crunching, then don't get a laptop! Because, that's like, um, getting a laptop to do serious work (sorry, I couldn't find a more apt comparison).
